Thank you everyone for a nice stay at this hotel. I loved the room with nice view, the bed was very comfy. The staff were attentive and helpful as well, would use them next time. The property had a central location and it was an easy walk to Downtown Chicago. Perfect central hotel set in the secure area.

Just a fitting option for a short interlude in Chicago with definitely value for money. The staff was super friendly, making our stay pleasant from the moment we checked in. Make sure to enjoy the complimentary breakfast-it's definitely a highlight.

Fantastic location, massive room with a lovely river view, and super friendly staff! Plus, the fitness center was a great bonus.
The toilet situation was quite the catastrophe-literally had to make a dash to the men's stall!

Clean and bright room. Everything was very clean. Very nice hotel. The situation was perfect. We really liked it. Unfortunately we didn't book breakfast.

Getting stuck for 15 minutes was a real downer. Windows could use a good scrub-distracted from an otherwise excellent skyline view. The lack of a concierge reminded me of a gap in service, relying on a smartphone for recommendations instead of a knowledgeable guide. Plus, the room's furnishings were far from cutting-edge, showing signs of wear that could use some sprucing up.

The worst Hyatt I have stayed at out of 6 around the world. Staff service was minimal.not overly committed Fold down beds with no headboard! No indoor pool Too large and impersonal feel
